Ingredients Serves Four

  • 112g. Perfect Earth Rice Pasta – Red Rice
  • 112g. Perfect Earth Rice Pasta – Black Rice
  • 35g. Bean Sprouts
  • 35g. Sweet Radish
  • 30g. Chives
  • 30g. Shallot
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Shrimps
  • 15g. Peanut
  • 1 Lime
  • 30g. Tofu

  • Sauce

  • 7tbsp Tamarind Juice
  • 6tbsp Palm Sugar
  • 2tbsp Sugar
  • 2½tsp Salt
  • 1½tsp Chili Pepper

  • Directions

    1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add Perfect Earth Rice Pasta – Red & Black Rice to the boiling water. Stir Gently and cook for 8-9 minutes or until you reach desired texture.
    2. Rinse pasta in cool water and drain. Set aside.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients of sauce, mix them together. Then put it in a bowl.
    4. Set the pan again, add tofu, shallot, and sweet radish. Stir fry them until fragrant.
    5. Add Pasta and Sauce, stir fry them. After that add shrimp, egg, chives and bean sprouts. Stir them until they are ripe.
    6. Add peanuts and season them with lime, sugar or chili. Ready to serve.
