- Bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add Perfect Earth Rice Pasta – Red & Black Rice to the boiling water. Stir Gently and cook for 8-9 minutes or until you reach desired texture.
- Rinse pasta in cool water and drain. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients of sauce, mix them together. Then put it in a bowl.
- Set the pan again, add tofu, shallot, and sweet radish. Stir fry them until fragrant.
- Add Pasta and Sauce, stir fry them. After that add shrimp, egg, chives and bean sprouts. Stir them until they are ripe.
- Add peanuts and season them with lime, sugar or chili. Ready to serve.
